Currently, SCCS is offering senior care business services to two locally owned and operated Assisted Living Communities. We navigated the new regulations under the OIG and developed the new policy and procedures. In addition, we have developed websites and social media campaigns for Facebook and Instagram. Developed video in coordination with a vendor to show the newly renovated apartments. Enhanced the operational processes and procedures to improve the quality of resident care. From a marketing and sales perspective, developed new marketing collateral materials. Developing relationship with referral sources from Home Health, SNF, etc. Work with each prospect and their families to walk through the process from initial call to lease agreement and move-in. Going on-site to civic organizations, churches and businesses to present information and the services being offered and how we can serve the seniors in this geographic area.
