Why I Started Senior Care Consulting & Solutions

Senior Care Consulting and Solutions, LLC was born out of a passion and desire that I have for helping families, businesses, and anyone who has a Senior they are caring for or overseeing their care.

Our Seniors are special and provided so much to us as parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles. As our Seniors age, it is during this stage of life’s journey that we want to ensure their safety and peace of mind. This is our Mission is to help you navigate and be the advocate for your loved one as we deal with the challenges of aging with dignity.

We are independent and objective, we tailor our services to your family’s or business’s individual needs with compassion backed by many years of experience, know-how, and most recently additional education as a Certified Senior Advisor and Certified Dementia Practitioner.

A Personal Message from Lea Ann Klarner, Founder of Senior Care Consulting & Solutions

When I embarked on the journey of creating Senior Care Consulting & Solutions, my motivation was deeply personal. With over 30 years of experience in hospital administration and Senior Living Communities, combined with my role as a daughter caring for my mom with dementia, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges and complexities families face when navigating senior care. This firsthand experience has shown me the critical need for supportive, knowledgeable guidance during these trying times.

I remember the struggles and stress, the confusion and the constant searching for the right solutions. It’s this personal journey, coupled with my professional background, that has fueled my commitment to helping others facing similar challenges. My goal has always been to provide peace of mind for families and innovate solutions for businesses serving our cherished seniors.

Now, as we serve families and businesses across Western Kentucky and beyond, I am proud to say that our mission remains the same: to guide and support you through every step of the journey of life. Whether you’re pre-planning the future needs, in the midst of a crisis, or seeking to improve your senior living facility, we are here to offer the compassion, expertise, and personalized care that can make all the difference.
